Globe offers support with renewals and follow ups, handling all incoming queries
along with yearly lapsed subscription and recovery programs subsequently. A proprietary
Globe software generates renewal reminders with the publishers’ branding. Renewal
reminders are generated 90 days before the expiration date. The process is repeated
every 45 days till the renewal / response is received. Any response for subscriptions
which are not renewed are recorded in our database for further analysis.
