It maintains a continuously updating flow of information, immaculate records and accounts as well helps clients plan their information expenditure by being in touch all year. Globe offers support with renewals and follow ups, handling all incoming queries along with yearly lapsed subscription and recovery programs subsequently. A proprietary Globe software generates renewal reminders with the publishers’ branding. Renewal reminders are generated 90 days before the expiration date. The process is repeated every 45 days till the renewal / response is received. Any response for subscriptions which are not renewed are recorded in our database for further analysis.
